Before the growth of Rodan + Fields made it impossible to have more than one event per year, the company offered an intermediary event named Leadership Summit, which was solely meant to provide business building and product selling tools. The event this particular year was held at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Memphis, TN, which within itself is an immersive experience in a glass bio-dome filled with meticulously maintained gardens and paths. The challenge was navigating attendees through the “jungle” to the event space and creating massive branded environments that could be seen from afar.
