For Rodan + Fields, social media played a huge part in marketing to both customers and consultants, via two Facebook pages, twitter, instagram accounts, etc – sometimes sharing content. The posts varied in subject matter, from product promotion, ingredients, skincare best practices, holiday messages and how to engage prospective consultants/customers. Brand messages featuring members of the executive team and media buzz were also common.
