Patina Restaurant Group, founded by award-winning Chef Joachim Splichal, offers elegant fine dining in over 60 restaurants in California and New York. During the holidays, special culinary events and menus were promoted through printed brochures given in the check presenter at the end of every meal at each restaurant. The corporate brochure included most locations, however the Patina Restaurant had it’s own, being the michelin-starred flagship. Concepts often involved direction of food photography and prop styling.
