In only a few years, Rodan + Fields had grown exponentially. The brand vision and identity had not been fully realized and communicated. With nothing more than the original logo, packaging colors and the perspectives of the founders and executive brand ambassadors, we began the journey to creating the standards for identity and the equity guide as the mission, vision and personality of R+F. We researched where R+F fit currently and where they strived to succeed – within the prestige skincare space within the niche of social commerce. In parallel, we developed the visual standards to specify the identity system (usage, photography, typography, etc.), with an emphasis on fresh and compelling design. The result was comprehensive, differentiated and an articulation of who Rodan + Fields had grown to become, with heartfelt excitement towards the future.
